Responsibility: As Content Deliveries Administrator, I coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Incendo’s licensed programming for broadcasters and digital partners – making sure files, metadata, and technical requirements are met so everything arrives on time, compliant, and broadcast-ready. I work closely with our lab (MELS), Sales, and our broadcasters’ and distributors’ technical teams to keep deliveries smooth, clear, and well-documented.

About: My background spans 20+ years across arts, digital content, and media operations, with strong experience in quality control and process improvement. I’m detail-driven, but I also keep an eye on the bigger picture – prioritizing what matters most to keep deliveries moving efficiently without compromising quality or compliance. I collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams, serving as a bridge to align priorities and requirements, especially when it helps turn complexity into a clear, straightforward path to delivery.

Outside of work, I enjoy nature-based art and community initiatives, exploring Montréal’s cultural scene and food spots, and recharging in the city’s parks – often with a camera in hand.
