Responsibility: I oversee all aspects of legal and business affairs at Incendo. My day-to-day responsibilities include: managing Incendo’s corporate structure, negotiating, drafting and managing Incendo’s contractual relationships in respect of the development, production, worldwide distribution and licensing of over 100 Incendo films and series as well as third-party productions; overseeing employment relations; and maintaining Incendo’s creative assets and intellectual property;

About: After starting my career in private practice, I joined Incendo in 2005 and then really began developing my entertainment law skills. I rely on 30 years of specialized experience in entertainment law including, program development, production, international co-productions, domestic and international distribution, project financing and business development. I am very proud of being a woman professional and use my interpersonal skills and ability to connect and communicate to mentor and direct young lawyers.  When not “at work” I run, bike and spend as much time as possible with my family.
